ABOUT DAVID M. SLATER:
Mr. Slater is a self-employed attorney admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars since
1988. He serves as General Counsel for a few companies in the New York City area, including Teshkeel Media Group, Inc.,
an international media and publishing company. Mr. Slater specializes in business, real estate, entertainment and intellectual
property law. He also has an MBA and assists growing companies in strategic planning, financial management, structuring
workforces, reducing liability, managing litigation, and preparing business plans. Mr. Slater is also experienced in negotiations,
labor law, personnel issues, risk management, and compliance. For over two decades he has guided clients on all
aspects of the manufacturing, labeling, advertising, and distribution of consumer products, over the counter drugs, and

AREAS OF LAW THAT WE SPECIALIZE IN:
Business Law & Management: We act as general counsel to several businesses in the fields of health,
consumer products, media, and entertainment. We incorporate companies and draft bylaws, shareholder agreements, employment
contracts, joint venture deals, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, financing agreements, real estate contracts,
and most other legal documents relating to businesses. We draft business plans and assist in rasing private financing. We
also assist companies with their required meetings and in keeping their corporate books in order. We assist companies to comply
with labor laws as well as SEC, FDA, and FTC regulations. We manage trademarks and copyrights and various
business litigation matters. We advise companies as to their insurance needs and how to reduce liability exposure.
On behalf of our clients, we provide negotiation services and strategic litigation advice. We provide advice and counsel
to company executives that has a direct impact on profitability and company growth.
Media & Entertainment Law -- Our law firm has represented film companies, media companies, publishers,
producers, directors, writers, actors, record companies, art galleries, and artists. We are well versed in all areas of media,
entertainment and art law.
Real Estate: We represent clients buying and selling real estate and cooperative apartments. We manage litigation
of landlord and tenant matters in court.
OTHER SERVICES: David Slater acts as an independent consultant assisting corporations to develop, improve,
and leverage their own in-house corporate media and communications departments. Mr. Slater is experienced in all aspects of
implementing and managing High Definition (HD) Video production for business, educational, and entertainment purposes.
Since our inception, our firm has enjoyed great success and has continued to grow. We have represented a large number
of clients in all areas of business, while meeting a wide range of legal needs. Our firm was founded by Mr. Slater in 1992,
and has represented mostly corporate and business clients.
